The contract covers winter maintenance of county roads in Tarnobrzeg County from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The work includes snow removal and the prevention and treatment of winter slipperiness. The six lots cover different road sections, parking areas and pavements; Lot 6 covers preparing and loading a sand-and-salt mixture. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The actual volume depends on weather and the contracting authority’s needs, and the authority may exercise an option for additional services worth up to 20% of the basic contract. For each lot bid for, the contractor must provide the required road-maintenance equipment in good working order, qualified operators, and evidence of at least one winter road-maintenance contract meeting the relevant value threshold. There is no turnover or separate professional authorisation requirement. The bid must state a response time; a time of 70 minutes or more results in rejection. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation score and response time for 40%. Operators performing the specified work must be employed under employment contracts.
