Preparation of Local Spatial Development Plans

Summary

The procurement covers the preparation of four local spatial development plans in the Postomino municipality: part of Pieńkowo (approximately 11.13 ha); the area around the Bałtycka and Uzdrowiskowa street intersection in Jarosławiec (0.74 ha); the area around the Nadmorska and Kąpielowa street intersection in Jezierzany (0.82 ha); and part of Jarosławiec (approximately 15 ha). Bids may cover one or more lots. The work includes preparing draft plans and complete planning documentation, an environmental impact assessment, spatial data, handling consultations and opinions, public consultations, and revisions through adoption and publication of the plans. Each contract must be completed within 18 months. The bidder must have prepared at least one local spatial development plan or amendment in the past 3 years that was adopted and officially published, and must nominate a qualified chief designer with the same minimum experience. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the chief designer’s additional experience for 40%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish. Only one bid may be submitted, and no bid guarantee or performance security is required. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00.
