Document coordination and deliverable tracking for works projects

Summary

The contract concerns a collaborative online platform and related services for managing documentation and tracking deliverables for road works projects in the Île-de-France region. The contractor must deploy, configure, host, administer and securely operate the platform; organise the tracking of documents, versions, access rights, approvals, decisions and deadlines; and provide user support, with training and project-specific assistance when ordered. The services also include document import or migration and, at project close, data export and handover. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which services are ordered as needed. There is no minimum commitment; the maximum value is €1,400,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 24 months, with one possible 24-month extension. The contract is not divided into lots, and alternative tenders are not permitted. Storage is ordered separately for each project in monthly 100 GB tranches, without pooling capacity across projects. Tenders are evaluated on price (25 points), technical quality (65 points) and environmental performance (10 points). Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 15 October 2026 at 12:00 Paris time.
