Collection and management of household waste in Sułów municipality in 2027

Summary

The contract covers the collection and management of household municipal waste from residents of Sułów municipality from 1 January to 31 December 2027. It covers approximately 1,216 single-family properties and 17 multi-apartment buildings in Michalów, home to about 400 residents. Estimated volumes are 336 tonnes of mixed waste, 128 tonnes of separately collected waste and 15 tonnes of biowaste; actual quantities may vary. The contractor must arrange regular collection of mixed and sorted waste, provide containers and bags, and collect bulky waste, tyres, small-renovation construction waste and waste from the municipal collection point. The work also includes weighing waste, delivering it to appropriate treatment facilities, reporting and monitoring household waste sorting. The bid must identify the facilities receiving and treating the waste. Participation requires evidence of relevant services performed during the previous three years and a list of the vehicles and technical equipment to be used; the precise minimum thresholds must be checked in the tender documents. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value.
