Framework agreement for the purchase of electronic locks

Summary

Bergen Municipality is establishing a framework agreement for electronic locks, alternative access solutions, spare parts, accessories and other necessary materials for its health and care services. The solutions must integrate with the municipality’s existing Unloc/Opencare system for managing electronic locks and access control. The agreement will support the replacement of a significant number of existing locks, key boxes and relays during 2026 and 2027, as well as ongoing supply needs.
