Assistance with developing a new web-based version of the Sarepta ICT learning resource

Summary

Statped is seeking assistance to develop a new web-based version of the Sarepta ICT learning resource. The work covers the functionality currently provided by the “Text” and “Picture Book” modules, retaining key features and pedagogical principles while using a modern technical platform. The solution must be a web application published as open-source software, enabling Statped to manage and further develop it after the engagement ends. The contracting authority intends to award the contract to one supplier. The estimated ceiling for the core delivery is NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT; this estimate is not binding on the contracting authority.
