Summary

Stichting Nederlandse Lokale Publieke Omroepen (NLPO) is procuring the design, development, implementation and support of a shared digital publishing platform for approximately 80 local public broadcasters. The integrated platform comprises a central content management system, websites and mobile apps with broadcaster-specific presentation, a media player and content delivery network, and connections to audience measurement and editorial systems. The work includes a pilot, onboarding and migration of existing content, followed by support, monitoring and service-desk services. The contract runs for five years, with possible one-year extensions up to a total of ten years.
