Framework agreement for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for actively sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies. The service covers searching for, identifying, approaching and engaging candidates, and presenting potential candidates to Waterschap Rivierenland.
