Custom-made furniture for accommodation projects: Geleen Town Hall, Hanenhof and Vidar
Summary
The restricted procedure concerns the engineering, production, delivery and installation of custom-made interior furniture for the Hanenhof, Vidar and Geleen Town Hall projects in Sittard-Geleen. The scope includes items such as pantries, kitchen serving counters, reception and service desks, fixed cabinets, benches, acoustic wall and interior panels, and other building-related custom interior elements. Huis aan de Markt may be ordered later as an optional project. The contract is divided into one lot. Indicative engineering starts are January 2027 for Vidar, February 2027 for Hanenhof and March 2027 for the Town Hall. Indicative delivery and installation periods are September–October 2027 for Hanenhof, November 2027–January 2028 for Vidar and April–May 2028 for the Town Hall. The participation request deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00. Applicants must demonstrate the required custom-furniture references, production capacity and facilities. The selection stage may invite up to five suitable applicants to the tender stage. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: price accounts for 80% and quality for 20%. The contractor must also allocate at least 2% of the contract value, excluding VAT and later variations, to social return activities for target groups facing barriers to the labour market.
