Further development of the Werkzaak Rivierenland website

Summary

Werkzaak Rivierenland is procuring a single, integrated website service: an open-source content management system, development and implementation of a new website framework, and hosting, management, maintenance and ongoing development of the website. The aim is to create a modern, secure, accessible and future-proof online environment for internal and external audiences; the “My Environment” is outside the scope of this procurement. The contract is planned to start on 1 April 2027, run for an initial four years and be extendable three times by one year, up to 31 March 2034. The new website is targeted to go live in summer 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
