Managed Services and Consultancy for the ServiceNow Environment

Summary

Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland is procuring ServiceNow environment management, maintenance and consultancy services, including support and further development of the platform, its modules, custom applications and integrations. The work comprises managed services and call-off consultancy, including support for platform lifecycle management, upgrades and new functionality. The contract is expected to start in mid-February 2027, with an initial term of two years and four possible extensions of two years each, for a maximum term of ten years. The estimated maximum total value is approximately €2.4 million excluding VAT.
