Meeting Minutes Services

Summary

The Netherlands Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management is procuring meeting-minutes services for its departments from a single provider under a framework agreement. The work includes reviewing meeting papers, taking minutes and preparing action and decision lists in different formats, from brief summaries to detailed and verbatim minutes and transcription from recordings; English-language and urgent work, as well as meeting support, may also be requested. The framework will run for up to four years, with an estimated value of €390,000 and a maximum value of €450,000 excluding VAT. The procurement has one lot and the framework agreement will be awarded to one provider.
