Construction team for the redevelopment of De Haamen Sports Complex

Summary

The Municipality of Beek is procuring a construction-team partnership to renew De Haamen Sports Complex in two lots. Lot 1 covers demolition, construction of a new second sports hall and renovation of the first hall, swimming pool and canteen; the estimated value is €7.2 million excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers electrical and mechanical installations for the sports halls, swimming pool, canteen, offices and fitness room, with an estimated value of €5 million excluding VAT. The selected contractors will contribute to design development and coordination, and construction contracts may follow, including at least 24 months of maintenance and warranty after completion.
