Certified Microsoft Dynamics implementation and support partner

Summary

Stichting Talland College is seeking one certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform partner under a framework agreement to implement and improve its CRM, integrate it with other systems, and provide ongoing maintenance, support, advice, training and reporting. The work includes a phased implementation for lifelong learning services, covering relationship and alumni records, lead management, marketing, quotations and calculations, invoicing, and links to the student information system and college website, as well as continued support for existing recruitment, event and relationship-management functions. The framework is initially for three years, with extensions up to a maximum of ten years; the estimated total value is €1.2 million excluding VAT, including up to €320,000 for the LLO implementation in the first 24 months, annual management and support costs estimated at €30,000, and annual configuration changes estimated at €40,000. Microsoft Dynamics licences are outside the scope.
