Nieuwe Veemarkt Construction Team in Zwolle

Summary

The tender concerns a construction-team contract for the second phase of preparing the Nieuwe Veemarkt site in Zwolle for development. The work includes excavating a watercourse, constructing a quay wall, bridges and a navigable culvert, and installing sewers and construction roads for plots 3–6. The scope also includes developing the bridge, quay wall, watercourse and infrastructure designs, preparing a management plan and potentially carrying out the works themselves. Plots 7 and 8 may be added under a revision clause if the existing petrol station is closed and the land is remediated. The estimated budget is EUR 5,545,373 excluding VAT and risk provisions. A minimum Social Return obligation of 2% of the wage bill excluding VAT applies to the implementation phase.
