Supply of Signage, Flags and Banners

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply, production, delivery and phased installation of signage, flags, banners, stickers and related foil applications for all Koninklijke Kentalis locations in the Netherlands. The scope includes replacing indoor and outdoor signage, producing and installing flags and banners, adapting designs to Kentalis’s new visual identity, logistics per location, and optional maintenance, reorders and advice. One supplier will be selected for a framework agreement: an initial four-year term with four possible 12-month extensions, giving a maximum term of eight years. The estimated value is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT for the maximum term, with a possible 30% increase or decrease. The tender deadline is 8 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 70% and quality for 30%; the quality criteria cover the implementation plan and cooperation, service, quality assurance and aftercare. The products must meet detailed durability, safety, accessibility, fire-resistance and material requirements, including specific requirements for PVC films, flags, banners and mounting. The bid must be submitted digitally in Dutch with the required signed documents, and variants are not permitted.
