Summary

The tender covers keeping Almere’s public-space CCTV system operational, managing and maintaining it, replacing existing systems in Almere-Stad and Almere-Buiten, and installing and commissioning a new integrated CCTV and information-storage system. The work includes, among other things, cameras, network and cabling infrastructure, the server room and the control room; pricing is also required for maintenance, system component replacements, additional work and the optional solutions listed in the documents. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT. A framework agreement will be awarded to one bidder for an initial four-year term, with the contracting authority holding an option to extend it once by two years. Bids will be evaluated on price (30 points) and three quality criteria (30, 25 and 15 points); the tender documents set out the details of the quality criteria. Bidders must demonstrate three relevant areas of experience: managing and maintaining a public-space CCTV system, replacing a system in an operational environment, and optimising a system with at least 50 cameras. Each reference must cover at least 50 cameras connected to a control room. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 7 December 2026 at 09:00.
