Selection procedure for Vonderpad in Gieterveen (subarea 2)

Summary

This is a two-stage restricted selection procedure for an integrated housing development behind Vonderpad in Gieterveen. The selected developer will acquire the municipal land, develop 18 semi-detached affordable homes on approximately 250–300 m² plots, arrange the required utility connections and construct and fit out the public space. The wider development may contain up to 40 homes and is intended to have a green, village-like character with landscape views, a central green corridor and a small events area. Applications must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. A maximum of three candidates will proceed to the award stage. The future award will use the best price-quality ratio: urban and architectural quality 50%, sustainability and future-proofing 10%, meeting local housing needs 15%, and the land bid 25%.
