Vonderpad Selection Procedure in Gieterveen (Subarea 1)

Summary

This is a two-stage national restricted selection procedure for an integrated residential development behind Vonderpad in Gieterveen. The selected developer, together with architect(s), must design, plan and construct 18 homes: 6 semi-detached homes and 12 terraced homes, including 8 social rental homes for De Volmacht and 4 homes for the municipality. The developer will purchase ten municipal plots, develop six semi-detached and four terraced homes at its own risk, and construct the eight social rental homes for De Volmacht. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. Up to three candidates will proceed to the award phase. The future award will be based on the best price-quality ratio: urban and architectural quality 50%, sustainability and future-proofing 10%, response to local housing needs 15%, and the land bid 25%.
