Zee–Zevenaar area – Water transport for rail tunnels and railway yards

Summary

ProRail B.V. is seeking a single contractor to actively remove, transport and discharge PFAS-containing and treated water, as well as other wastewater such as rainwater, leakage water and test water, from railway tunnels in the Zee–Zevenaar area. The contract also covers pumping, transporting and discharging excess rainwater from five railway yards. This is a single-lot framework agreement with an expected duration of 96 months: two fixed years followed by up to six optional extension years. The tender must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. Variants and electronic catalogues are not permitted, and electronic invoicing is required.
