Development-oriented work-based day activities

Summary

The tender concerns development-oriented work-based day activities (OAD) for residents who need support with participation because of mental and/or physical difficulties, limited self-reliance or distance from the labour market. The provider must offer active, meaningful group-based guidance in a realistic work setting, tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities. Support may include development of work and social skills, structure, self-reliance and progression towards education, volunteering or paid work where appropriate. The procedure is an admission procedure: providers meeting the requirements may receive an agreement, and price is the only award criterion. The contract is planned for 48 months, with an intended start date of 1 January 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee is required.
