Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) – Delivery of trees, plants and shrubs

Leiden municipality is launching a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for the delivery of trees, plants and shrubs. The aim is to create a flexible procurement framework that allows suppliers to join the system over time and, for each call for tenders, to select suitable suppliers from a dynamic list based on availability, quality and price. The procurement comprises multiple lots and may include subcontracting arrangements where applicable.
