Vegetable deliveries

Summary

This tender concerns the delivery of vegetables and related food products to the Hrubieszów Penal Institution. The contract is divided into four parts: Part 1 – vegetables (red beet, onions, apples, white cabbage, carrots); Part 2 – potatoes; Part 3 – processed vegetables (white sauerkraut); Part 4 – beans (Jaś). Deliveries will be performed as required, with specifics on quantities and delivery schedules provided in the contract and tender documents. The agreement spans approximately six months, with deliveries made by the supplier at their own cost using their transport. The procurement will be conducted via the Platforma e-Zamówienia (electronic tender platform), with bids submitted electronically. Evaluation will be based on price (60%), payment terms (20%), and handling of complaints/delivery aftercare (20%). Partial awards are possible (i.e., awarding only some parts). The supplier must meet the stated qualification and compliance requirements and provide the necessary documents as described in the SWZ (Specification of Conditions of the Order).
