Talent Development and Sustainable Employability

Summary

The tender covers talent development and sustainable employability services for Rijkswaterstaat in two lots: talent scans and training, and career-development and VWNW trajectories. Services must be delivered nationwide in the Netherlands over 48 months. Bidders must provide nationwide coverage, sufficient adviser capacity, defined response times, accessible solutions, Dutch-speaking personnel, data protection, electronic invoicing and social-return compliance.
