Purchase of flowers for the municipal institutions of Ādaži Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of cut flowers, bouquets, wreaths, flower arrangements, decorations and other floral products for the municipal institutions of Ādaži Municipality. It is divided into two lots: the administrative territory of Ādaži town and Ādaži parish, and the administrative territory of Carnikava parish. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but must cover the full scope of the relevant lot. The contract will run for 18 months from 8 November 2026; the maximum contract value is EUR 12,103 for Lot 1 and EUR 7,069 for Lot 2, excluding VAT. The bidder’s outlet must be located within 12 km of the administration building specified for the relevant lot. Products must be fresh and undamaged, and ordered goods must generally be prepared within 24 hours; in urgent cases, collection must be possible within 3 hours. Offers will be evaluated using the total indicative product price for 85 points and a discount applicable to all goods for 15 points. The offer must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026.
