Refurbishment works at Scheveningseweg 64 in The Hague

Summary

The contract covers the refurbishment and fit-out of the right wing of an existing facility at Scheveningseweg 64 in The Hague, providing approximately 150 workstations, six meeting rooms, a restaurant/canteen, entrance hall and surrounding landscape. The works include demolition and building alterations, offices and meeting rooms, security features, façade frames, basement spaces, roof strengthening for solar panels, electrical, mechanical, fire-safety, ICT and emergency-power installations, kitchen works, landscaping and coordination of specialist contractors and direct supplies. The building will be approximately 6,500 m² gross floor area and the works are planned to take 44 weeks, excluding screening. The restricted procedure has two stages and up to five candidates will be invited to tender. Applications must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 09:00. The tender will be assessed using the best price-quality ratio, with price, nuisance reduction and schedule control as the award criteria.
