Delivery of fruits and vegetables to canteen ZS No. 4 in Rzeszów for 2027

Summary

This tender concerns the delivery of fruits and vegetables to canteen ZS No. 4 in Rzeszów for 2027. The contract covers regular supply of fresh produce in the quantities and types described in the contract annex. Deliveries are to be made to ZS Nr 4 in Rzeszów (and to the associated kindergarten) on business days early in the morning, with the supplier ensuring proper packaging and labeling and taking responsibility for transport quality. The price is the only award criterion (100%). The contract allows an option to extend the basic order up to 40% of the quantities at the same unit prices, with written exercise of the option by the Purchaser. The Purchaser may require substitution of items if deliveries are not possible, and the agreement provides terms for payment (net 14 days, VAT 5%), invoicing via the national e-invoicing system (KSef), and other execution terms. Exclusion and qualification rules apply, including declarations of non-exclusion and the possibility for the Purchaser to request substantiating documents if needed. These terms are to be interpreted under the applicable Polish public procurement law (Pzp).
