Summary

The tender concerns remote management, maintenance, consultancy and agreed extensions and changes to Utrecht University’s existing hybrid Citrix platform. The service covers VAD/shared and VDI/non-shared environments, application and golden-image management, security patches and updates, monitoring, performance assurance, user support, transition from the current provider and, where requested, additional work. The estimated total contract value is EUR 2,000,000 excluding VAT, including EUR 50,000 allocated for transition. Price carries 25% and quality 75% of the evaluation; the tender submission deadline is 8 January 2027 at 12:00. The bidder must be able to provide 24/7 user access, restore priority 1 incidents within four hours in at least 90% of cases and achieve at least 99.5% monthly availability during the extended service hours. The requirements include ISO 27001 or equivalent information-security evidence, current certificates of conduct for personnel with access, work locations within the European Union, communication in Dutch, reference projects, liability insurance and properly signed tender forms.
