External personnel brokerage services from 2027 onwards

Summary

The tender concerns personnel brokerage services under a framework agreement with one supplier for Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier and Stichting Waterproef. The provider must recruit, preselect and supply highly qualified specialists for the temporary performance of technical, strategic, policy, project and programme functions, and handle the related contractual, financial and administrative processes. The service also includes employment-law and tax compliance checks, full indemnification of the contracting authorities against relevant risks, and, where required, temporary-to-permanent recruitment solutions.
