UvA Construction Management for the University Quarter

Summary

The tender concerns construction management services for the renovation and sustainability upgrades of two buildings in Amsterdam’s University Quarter: the listed Binnengasthuis 5, approximately 8,200 m² with an estimated contract value of EUR 700,000, and the listed Oudemanhuispoort complex, over 20,000 m² with an estimated contract value of EUR 700,000.
