Managed SOC Service

Summary

The tender concerns replacing the existing managed SOC service for the City of Neckarsulm. The objective is continuous professional monitoring of the IT infrastructure, early detection and analysis of cyber threats and security incidents, and appropriate response measures. The contract runs for three years from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029, with an option to extend it by one year. A fully managed SOC with SIEM, XDR and NDR functions is required for 700 users and 110 servers, including round-the-clock monitoring and rapid incident response. The tender must be submitted electronically in German. Quality carries 60% of the evaluation and price 40%.
