The tender concerns finding, processing, updating, validating and automatically delivering the information displayed in the funding tab of the Leeroverzicht.nl website through an API. The service must cover European, national, provincial and regional funding instruments, innovation and training funds, collective-agreement and A&O/O&O fund schemes, tax measures, premiums and municipal schemes. For each funding opportunity, the contractor must provide, among other things, its name, a B1-level short description, provider, information link, application information, region, sector and other agreed characteristics. The data must comply with the specified fields and values, be readable and contain no HTML or XML markup. The interface must use an HTTPS REST API, be protected at least by a username and password or secret, use JSON and be available at least from 00:00 to 06:00; outages must also be reported outside those hours. The estimated contract value is EUR 750,000. The initial term is four years, with two possible one-year extensions, giving a maximum term of six years. The submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 13:00. The data-finding solution and data-validation solution each carry 40% of the evaluation, while price carries 20%; the price must be a fixed all-in annual price for the entire assignment, excluding VAT.
