Summary

The procurement concerns the provision, maintenance and user support of gambling blocking software for consumers as a SaaS service. The solution must be free for end users in the Netherlands, easy to find and use, and provide continuous 24/7 blocking without technical obstacles. The supplier will be responsible for the software, blacklist, maintenance, updates, support, security and performance.
