Wmo individual support services in Drechtsteden

Summary

The tender concerns a semi-open-house admission procedure for providers of individual Wmo support in the Drechtsteden region, starting in 2027 and continuing thereafter. Providers may apply for IB-light only or for all individual support products (IB-light, IB-medium and IB-heavy, including the live event). Support must be tailored, temporary where possible, outcome-oriented and delivered under a valid indication. Providers must submit the requested participation, financial-ratio, capacity and continuity information, comply with the detailed service requirements, and submit applications electronically by 26 October 2026 at 10:00. The planned duration is 120 months and no tender guarantee is required.
