The tender covers the management of day-centre services for dependent elderly people in Astigarraga, Beasain, Errenteria, Getaria, Legazpi, Lezo, Orio, Urnieta, Zarautz and Zumaia. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers Astigarraga, Errenteria, Lezo and Urnieta; Lot 2 covers Getaria, Orio, Zarautz-Iñurritza and Zumaia; and Lot 3 covers Beasain-Loinatz, Beasain-Oria and Legazpi. Bidders may submit offers for one, two or all three lots, and may be awarded all three. The total estimated base budget excluding VAT is EUR 4,395,529.49: EUR 1,776,271.05 for Lot 1, EUR 1,475,347.22 for Lot 2 and EUR 1,143,911.22 for Lot 3. The contract lasts one year from the day after signature, with a possible one-year extension. Zarautz-Iñurritza is subject to completion of the premises works and is expected to start operating from 1 February 2027. The submission deadline is 15 September 2026. The contractor must provide individualized daytime care, transport where required, qualified staff, maintenance, reporting and information-management services for up to 260 places in total. Participation requires registration or an application for registration in the Gipuzkoa Social Services Register, the required financial capacity, relevant experience and a compliant technical offer.
