Tender detail

Medical services for employees of the Financial Ombudsman's Office

Summary

The tender concerns nationwide medical care services for employees of the Financial Ombudsman's Office and eligible family members, together with occupational medicine services for employees and nominated job candidates. The service includes basic and extended employee, partner and family packages, a senior package, and occupational medicine examinations and certificates. The initial term is 12 months, with an option to extend the contract repeatedly by periods of at least one month, up to a maximum total term of 24 months. The provider must offer access throughout Poland, including at least five facilities in Warsaw. Each qualifying Warsaw facility must allow direct appointment booking and include occupational medicine, internal medicine, paediatric, gynaecological and ophthalmological doctors, as well as a treatment room and sample collection point. Services must meet specified access standards, including urgent care, laboratory and diagnostic time limits, a 24-hour information line, an electronic booking system and accessibility arrangements. Bids are evaluated on package prices and the number of qualifying facilities in Warsaw and in Lublin, Olsztyn, Gdansk and Lodz. Price-related criteria account for 75% of the score, Warsaw facilities for 20%, and facilities in the other four cities for 5%. The bid deadline is 15 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid security is required.
