Service for designing and delivering business innovation, business management and technology mentoring programmes in Viladecans

Summary

The procurement covers five lots: design and delivery of the Innova-Dona 2026–2027 programme, the Women Corporate 2027 programme, organization of Hackathon 2027, business-management mentoring, and specialized technology mentoring. The services are intended to support companies and entrepreneurs in innovation, management, digitalization, sustainability, financing and the adoption of new technologies. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, and there is no restriction on participation in or award of multiple lots. The total estimated contract value is EUR 77,272.98 excluding VAT, with a maximum tender budget of EUR 93,500.32 including VAT. Offers will be evaluated using automatic criteria; price carries up to 40 points, while the remaining points concern staff experience, additional mentors, additional mentoring hours, software tools and socially responsible recruitment. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 14:00; variants are not permitted. The successful bidder must provide the required evidence within 7 working days and lodge a final guarantee equal to 5% of the lot contract price excluding VAT.
