Summary

The tender concerns the supply and management of standard software licences and related services through a software broker. The service includes licence and contract administration, advice, maintenance, updates, user support and a web-based portal for managing licences and reports. It covers Microsoft licences and other standard software supplied through authorised resellers; custom software is excluded. One framework agreement will be awarded for three years, with an option for one extension of up to one year.
