Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery, implementation, migration, hosting, maintenance and ongoing support of an integrated public-space management system for Spaarnelanden N.V. The system must integrate with the City of Haarlem’s system and support asset management, inspections, planning, reporting, mobile and offline use, supplier collaboration, role-based access and strong information security. The estimated contract value is EUR 330,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029, with up to three extensions of 12 months each.
