Summary

The procedure concerns the redevelopment of the former De Trime school site in Beetsterzwaag into a high-quality housing development. The selected developer will develop, finance and realise the project at its own risk, acquire the land and prepare the necessary planning change. The indicative programme is approximately 24 homes, within a range of 20–28, with a maximum built-up percentage of 35%; at least 50% of the homes must be affordable owner-occupied housing with a maximum sale price of €420,000 including buyer costs, at 2026 price levels. The minimum land price is €505,000 excluding VAT. The selection phase is intended to select up to three candidates for the subsequent offer phase. Applications must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. Candidates must submit the completed and legally signed application form, a trade or professional register extract issued no more than six months before submission, and one to three reference projects.
