Summary

The tender covers security services for Almere municipal buildings, including guarding and security tasks, hospitality services where required, and additional bespoke assignments. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier starting on 1 February 2027, initially running until 31 January 2031, with four possible extensions of up to one year each, no later than 31 January 2035. The maximum framework value, including extensions and indexation, is EUR 10,670,000 excluding VAT; no minimum volume is guaranteed. Services will be delivered at municipal locations in Almere, including the town hall, political-market events and the Safety House, with personal protection and event security available when required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 13:00. Price accounts for 30% of the evaluation, implementation, relief of the contracting authority and partnership for 20%, and continuity, flexibility and service quality for 50%.
