Supply of avenue trees, shrubs and perennial plants

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements with multiple suppliers for the supply of plant material to the Municipality of Maassluis in two lots: Lot 1 covers avenue trees, and Lot 2 covers shrubs and perennial plants. Bidders may submit a tender for one or both lots. The framework agreements are planned from November 2026 to 30 June 2028, with two possible one-year extensions until no later than 30 June 2030. Tenders must be submitted fully electronically through TenderNed by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The submission must include a signed European Single Procurement Document, a Chamber of Commerce extract no older than six months, the assortment list for the relevant lot, the required reference form, and an action plan of no more than 5 or 6 A4 pages. Price is not evaluated; both lots are assessed solely on quality, with a maximum of 100 points. Contract performance includes requirements for plant quality, sustainable production, transport, staff competence and social responsibility. The social return obligation is 3% of the contract value, and 90% of the plant material must meet sustainable production requirements.
