Fuel and charging cards

Summary

The tender covers the supply of fuel and charging cards and related services for approximately 230 vehicles of Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden. The cards must enable refuelling at all fuel stations in the Netherlands and charging at all public charging points. The contracting authority requires card-level control of permitted fuels and additional services such as washing, oil, AdBlue and parking, as well as central management of PIN codes, spending limits and card blocking. Consumption data for each refuelling or charging transaction and vehicle must be available digitally in summary form for use in the authority’s data warehouse. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 7 October 2026 at 13:00. The contract starts on 1 February 2027, lasts two years and may be extended up to four times for one year at a time. The award criteria are quality, worth 500 points, and price, worth 500 points.
