Installation of 16 monitors and integration with Tarnów’s video surveillance system
Summary
The procurement covers dismantling the existing monitor wall and mounts in Tarnów’s municipal video surveillance control room, then supplying, installing and fully integrating 16 new monitors into the existing system. The contractor must, in agreement with the contracting authority, move the operator desks about 1.5 metres towards the windows, remove any part of the desk structures that obstructs visibility if needed, and provide the necessary power, LAN and HDMI cabling. The work includes installing 14 wall-mounted monitors of at least 43 inches and two 32-inch monitors at the operator desks, as well as configuring the existing 8-channel and 16-channel digital decoders to work with all monitors. Wall-mounted monitors must support 24/7 operation and meet requirements including UHD resolution, 500-nit typical brightness, a 178-degree viewing angle, a maximum weight of 13 kg and VESA 200 × 200 mounting. Desk monitors must be at least 31.5 inches, suitable for 24/7 use, and have Full HD resolution, 350 cd/m² brightness and built-in speakers. The new equipment must be compatible with Tarnów’s existing video surveillance system, which uses iVMS 4200 software; the contractor must commission the installation and test that it works fully. Completion is due within two months of signing the contract. The minimum warranty is 24 months; a 30-month warranty earns 20 points, 36 months earns 30 points and at least 42 months earns 40 points. Price carries 60 points and warranty duration 40 points. One bid must cover the entire procurement.
