Purchase and successive delivery of toners, ink cartridges and drums for the Poznań court

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and successive delivery of toner cartridges, ink cartridges, drums and waste-toner containers for the Poznań District Court’s printers, copiers and multifunction devices. The procurement is not divided into lots. Deliveries will depend on the buyer’s actual needs, and their total value may not exceed the value of the successful bid. Products must be new, unused, unreconditioned and not recovered from recycling. Original or equivalent products are permitted, except for items designated as original-only in the price schedule. Equivalent products must match or exceed the original products’ parameters and ensure compatibility with the devices, the required print quality and the stated minimum page yields. Products must bear the CE marking and be manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent standards. At delivery, products must be no more than 12 months old and have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life. The warranty must be at least 12 months, or longer if the manufacturer provides a longer warranty. The toner and drum used in the same device must come from the same manufacturer; some listed products must be supplied as originals only. The buyer will send partial orders by email. The supplier must deliver each order within three working days, counted from the working day after the order is placed. Delivery, unloading and free collection of used consumables are at the supplier’s expense. Used consumables must be collected within 14 working days of the collection request, and evidence of recycling or disposal must be provided before the contract ends. The contract starts on 15 January 2027 and runs for 12 months or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate that, during the last three years, it duly delivered toners and consumables worth at least PLN 250,000 gross in total. The bid must be submitted electronically with the price schedule and required declarations; the bid submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 9:00.
