Summary

The tender concerns software broker services for the Municipality of Molenlanden. The supplier must provide software licences and subscriptions, administrative handling, advice, portal access, reporting and continuity support. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 for an initial 2 years, with extension options up to a total of 6 years. The bidder must submit a UEA, a signed reference form, a current trade register extract, quality certificates, insurance evidence and a price form. The bidder must have relevant public-sector experience, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent proof, and insurance cover of at least EUR 1,250,000 per event.
