ERP re-implementation

Summary

The tender concerns the re-implementation of the UMCG ERP landscape based on SAP S/4HANA. The contract covers implementation of the MVP, post-go-live hosting, support and maintenance, and later development/optimisation under a framework agreement. The supplier must deliver a clean-core solution, support business continuity, and work in close cooperation with UMCG. The tender is not split into lots. The estimated total value is about EUR 34.5 million incl. VAT, of which about EUR 8.5 million is for the implementation contract. The implementation is expected to start on 1 January 2027 and the post-go-live service phase is expected to start around mid-2028. For participation, the bidder must submit a signed UEA, provide evidence of insurance cover of at least EUR 2.5 million per event and EUR 5 million per calendar year, and demonstrate relevant SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in a complex healthcare environment. The bidder must also show project management, stakeholder management and change management experience, and provide quality, information security and outsourcing assurance certifications or equivalent evidence. A declaration of no Russian involvement is also required.
