Maintenance of building services installations

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of building services installations for De Haagse Scholen school sites. The contractor must provide maintenance, fault response, inspections, statutory checks, reporting, replacement maintenance and related services for systems such as boilers, ventilation, WTW units and air conditioning. The contract is awarded to two suppliers, with work split by location. The bidder must submit the UEA, one reference project, proof of financial capacity, quality management evidence, a recent trade register extract and the required pricing schedule. Dutch language communication is required.
