Summary

The Societat Municipal d’Aparcaments i Projectes (SMAP) is procuring lift services for its managed premises, car parks and other facilities in Palma under two lots. Lot 1 covers preventive and corrective maintenance, call-outs, 24-hour assistance, rescue of trapped passengers, parts and technical support; Lot 2 covers mandatory periodic inspections by an authorised inspection body, reports and certificates, and any necessary follow-up visits. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions.
