Canteen supplies

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of canteen goods for RMN’s canteens in Soest, Zeist and IJsselstein. The contractor must supply a broad range of food and non-food products on a daily basis, including fresh bread, dairy, fruit, meat products, sauces, snacks, soft drinks, water and cleaning/packaging items. The contract runs for 2 years from 1 December 2026 and may be extended twice by 1 year, up to a maximum of 4 years. The award is based on best price-quality ratio, with price and a service plan as the main evaluation elements. The bidder must submit the UEA, a reference form, a signed bid form and a completed price list. The bidder must have relevant experience from the last 3 years and comply with the exclusion grounds and Russian sanctions restrictions.
